Cascading Multiple HMX32128 Subracks
The HMX32128 subracks in spite of not having a dedicated cascade input, may still be
chained together to form switchers with greater than 128 inputs.
A maximum of three HMX32128 subracks may be cascaded. The method of inter-
connection is as detailed on the following diagram. Note that the outputs of the first MX-
32128 are patched to the inputs of the second MX-32128 on a one-to-one basis, i.e.
output 1 connects to input 1 and so on. This procedure is repeated for the third MX-
32128. Programming for cascading is as per that detailed in the Commissioning Manual.
