Mains Power Distribution
Mains Supply Power distribution is equally important and raises a second concern for
ELECTRICAL SAFETY. In most countries, the power utilities company will state that any
power circuit must deliver a minimum current capacity of 10amps (13amps in some
countries) at a switched GPO outlet. The safety and work practice standards in your
country for mains power distribution must be observed at all times.
The following table should be used as a guide only to help understand how power
distribution requirements affect the minimum conductor diameter size.
