Front Passenger's Power Window Switch Input Test (cont'd)
4. Reconnect the connector to the front passenger's power window switch, turn the ignition switch to ON (II), and
make these input tests at the connector.
• If any test indicates a problem, find and correct the cause, then recheck the system.
• If all the input tests prove OK, go to step 5.

There should be less than 0.5 V.
Measure the voltage to ground:

Measure the voltage to ground:

Measure the voltage between
the No. 27 and No. 37 terminals:
An analog voltmeter should
read about 0 V about 5 V 0 V

2.5 V while the window moves).
Measure the voltage between
the No. 28 and No. 37 terminals:
An analog voltmeter should
read about 0 V about 5 V 0 V

Check for continuity to ground:
There should be continuity.
