Component properties
Each component can be assigned various properties, depending on the device class:

Name Unique name of the module
Article no. Article number of the module
EI Equipment identifier

ology "*.ust"
Note
The module name is used only for the documenta‐
tion and is not transferred to the control.
The package checks not only the wiring, but wheth‐
er the correct module is used based on the article
number.
If a position in the article number should not be
checked, you can do this by specifying an 'x', e.g.
6SL3120-1TE23-0Axx.
If an article number differs for the package execu‐
tion, the package generates an alarm that the user
can ignore.
If a "?" is in a position, this position is instantiated
by the SINAMICS on importing a user-specified
topology.
The equipment identifier is used only for the docu‐
mentation and is not transferred to the control.
