Six of the alarms are adjustable, as described below, including
the:

alarm audio
•
anchor alarm
•
cross-track distance
•
arrive radius
•
DGPS alarm
•
anchor-watch alarm honk
The audio beep that alerts you to alarm conditions can be
turned on or off. When ALARM AUDIO is set to ON, the unit
audibly alerts you to any of the alarm conditions that are
turned on at the ALARMS screen (952) or ALARMS & BACK-
LIGHT screen (951).
1. Press the &85625 3$' to select ALARM AUDIO, then
press the (',7 $/$50 menu key.
2. Press the &85625 3$' to display OFF or ON.
3. To make your selection, press the (17(5 key, or &/($5
to leave it unchanged.
The anchor-watch feature of the unit sounds an alarm if the
unit detects that the boat has moved a specified distance from
an initial position (usually where you drop anchor).
1. Press the '523 $1&+25 menu key at the spot where the
anchor is dropped. A waypoint named ANCR is created at
this location.
2. Press the (17(5 key in response to the question window
prompt.
