Configuring SNMPv2c Notifications

To configure SNMPv2c notifications using IPv4, follow these steps:

SNMP Trap and Inform Notifications
Purpose
Enters configuration mode.
Configures the specified host to receive
SNMPv2c traps using SNMPv2c community
string (private).
Prevents the specified host from receiving
SNMPv2c traps on the configured UDP port
using SNMPv2c community string (private).
Configures the specified host to receive
SNMPv2c informs using SNMPv2c
community string (private).
Prevents the specified host from receiving
SNMPv2c informs on the configured UDP
port using SNMPv2c community string
(private).
