Step 4 Push the battery back onto the guide rails, and secure the battery pack to the cabinet rack rails
using mounting ears and screws, as shown in

2.2.6 Installing an rPDU

2.2.6.1 Installing the rPDU Horizontally

Procedure
Step 1 Open the cabinet rear door, and install four floating nuts at the position where the rPDU is to
be installed.
Step 2 Secure the rPDU.

Putting the guide rail between the notches on the rack rail facilitates locating the installation position.
If the Converged Cabinet is configured with an rPDU that needs to be horizontally
installed, install the rPDU onsite.
For the 42 U Converged Cabinet, install the rPDU at the 31 U position on the cabinet
rear door.
For the 24 U Converged Cabinet, install the rPDU at the 16 U position on the cabinet
rear door.
Adjust the position for installing the rPDU based on site requirements.
