42 U multi-cabinet scenario
Two, three, and four cabinets are included in the 42 U multi-cabinet scenario. This topic
describes four cabinets (one network cabinet, one Converged Cabinet, and two battery
cabinets) as an example.

 An independent deployment AI/DI unit can be installed in the 42 U position on the top of the battery
cabinet rear in the two-cabinet scenario (one Converged Cabinet and one battery cabinet).
 An independent deployment AI/DI unit should be installed first in the 42 U position on the top of the
network cabinet rear in a scenario with both the network cabinet and battery cabinet installed.

The battery pack is not configured for the Converged Cabinet if batteries have been configured.
