Possible Cause
The network cable is
loose or the
encryption
certificate is
incorrect.
The CIM is
damaged.
The Zigbee network
condition
deteriorates or the
cable is loose.
1. The loop
resistances of
different battery
strings are
inconsistent.
2. The SOH values
of different
battery strings
are inconsistent.
In a battery string,
there is a battery
whose voltage is
lower than the
average voltage.
The BCB is not
connected.
1. The charging
current limit
configured for
the UPS is
incorrect.
2. The UPS charge
module fails.
1. The battery has
discharged to the
EOD threshold.
2. The BCB circuit
breaker is
manually
switched to OFF.
3. There is a
security risk in
the battery loop.

Measure
Rectify any network
cable connection
fault and ensure that
the certificate is
correct.
Replace the CIM.
Rectify cable faults
and verify that the
BIM is not shaded.
1. Find the cause of
inconsistent loop
resistances.
2. Replace the
battery string
with a lower
SOH value.
Replace the battery
whose voltage is
lower than the
average voltage.
Connect the BCB.
1. Lower the
charging current
limit configured
for the UPS
according to the
user manual.
2. Replace the
failed UPS
charge module.
Find the alarm cause
and rectify the fault.
