Follow-up Procedure
Check whether the new camera works properly and adjust the camera angle. If video images
are properly displayed on the video screen of the management system client, the new camera
works properly.

4.5.3.5 Replacing a SIM Card

Prerequisites
Context
The GSM modem should be removed before SIM card installation or replacement. Otherwise,
the SIM card cannot be detected or becomes invalid.
Procedure
Step 1 Pull out the GSM modem from the USB4 port on the ECC800e.
Step 2 Open the rear cover of the GSM modem, take out the SIM card from the card slot, and insert
the new SIM card.
Step 3 Reinstall the rear cover.
Step 4 Insert the GSM modem into the USB4 port on the ECC800e.

4.5.3.6 Replacing a WiFi Converter

Prerequisites
Materials: new undamaged and undeformed WiFi converter of the same model

Issue 07 (2019-12-20)
A SIM card needs to be replaced.
A spare SIM card is available.
Remove the old WiFi converter from the USB1 port on the ECC800e.
Install the spare WiFi converter to the original position.
Log in to the ECC800e WebUI, choose Monitoring > System > WiFi Converter, open
Enable WiFi, and set the WiFi SSID and WiFi Password according to the customer
plan.
Check that the APP can be connected properly.
