1.3.6 Make sure that all mode selector keys are kept safe

Description
The key for the mode selector on the IRC5 controller is designed to work with all
mode switches on all IRC5 controllers, unless unique keys are ordered.
To prevent misuse, it is the responsibility of the robot owner to make sure that all
keys only are accessible to authorized personnel.
