If the new firmware involves any changes in required settings, error
icons may appear on some configuration pages after the upgrade is
completed. Read the messages on the screen to learn more.

Configuration files are not backward compatible. If you back up a
configuration file and later downgrade to an earlier version of the
firmware, you cannot restore that configuration file.

When you upgrade the firmware, any unapplied settings will be lost.
After you select the firmware file, the upgrade process begins. Status
messages appear. Do not disconnect power, press the reset button,
close the web browser, or navigate to another web page during this
process.

Wait for the Cisco UC320W and all connected devices to reboot. This
process may take several minutes. At the end of the process, if the
browser displays a prompt about navigating to a new web page, click
OK. The login page appears. If there are errors, a message appears.

Your web browser may display a message indicating that the server
cannot be reached. This situation occurs because the connection from
the PC to the Cisco UC320W is interrupted during the restart process.
After the Cisco UC320W restarts, you can refresh the web page or re-
enter the LAN IP address for the Cisco UC320W, and you can log on.
System Uptime: The amount of time that the system has been in operation
since the last reboot.
Restart System: Click this button to reboot the Cisco UC320W.
Working with Platform Management Files
Use this tool to manage Platform Management Files, if provided to you by Cisco
support personnel. Note: This window appears after you click the Alter PMFs
button.
In the pop-up window, you can perform the tasks listed below.
Add PMF from Your PC: Click this button to upload a new PMF file from
your PC. When the pop-up window appears, choose the file, and then click
Open.
Enabled: Check the box to enable the PMF file.
Description: Describes the PMF file, for your reference.
