Quick View

Cisco Unified Communications UC320W Administration Guide
Use the Status module to view detailed information about the network, the
devices, and the telephony system. You also can view call detail records and
system logs.

To view more information about any section of the Quick View page, click the
image to open the status page. Alternatively, use the links in the navigation tree.
Note: After the Configuration Utility is launched, it may take up to a minute for the
Cisco UC320W to collect and display the current status information for all devices.
Networks: Displays the IP addresses of the WAN and LAN.
DHCP Clients: Displays the number of DHCP clients.
Central Hardware: Displays the status of the Cisco UC320W and Cisco
SPA8800 IP telephony gateways
External Trunks: Displays the number of FXO (analog) trunks and SIP/BRI
(Voice over IP) trunks.
Phones: Displays the number of IP phones and POTS (analog) phones.
External Call Records: Displays the number of current external calls and
current external Call Data Records.
Voicemail: Displays the number of messages and voicemail boxes.
Logs: Displays the number of log records.
