Recommended Solution
1. Check for any obstructions or
paper jams in the Finishing
Module and Finishing Transport
paper paths and clear them.
2. If necessary, power Off / On the
press and rescan or resend your
job.
3. If the fault persists, contact the
Customer Support Center.
Power Off / On the press and resend /
rescan the job. If the fault persists, con-
tact the Customer Support Center.
Power Off / On the press and resend /

tact the Customer Support Center.
Close the front door of the Finishing
Transport.
Power Off / On the press and resend /
rescan the job. If the fault persists, con-
tact the Customer Support Center.

documentation and follow in-
structions to bring the device
back online.
2. Power Off / On the press and re-
send / rescan the job.
3. If the fault persists, contact the
Customer Support Center.

ation and follow instructions on how to
clear the fault and replenish the supplies.
