Press Problem Solving
Recommended solution
Contact your Xerox Customer
Support Center.
Power-cycle the machine. If
the machine is not improved
by performing the relevant
remedy, contact your Xerox
Customer Support Center.
Check accepted paper is
loaded correctly in trays, clear
any paper jams, and com-
pletely close all trays, drawers
and doors on press.
Power Off/On the press.
If error persists, contact the
Customer Support Center.
Reseat the Drum Cartridge;
For 091-324 to 091-327, re-
place the Drum Cartridge.
Reposition the waste bottle,
order a new waste bottle, and
replace when full.
