Possible cause
When using the scan fea-
ture, hard disk capacity is
insufficient for writing to a
file.
In Scan to FTP / SMB, or
Job Template, the forward-
ing destination or job tem-
plate save location could
not be accessed.
Specified job history could
not be acquired, when
printing Job Counter Re-
port.
The hard disk has run out
free space.
An error occurred when
reading data stored in a
media (such as a card read-
er for a digital camera).
The envelope folder tray is
full.
Developer Housing fault
Registration error; press de-
tected less than optimal re-
gistration thresholds
IP address already exists
Failed to obtain IP address
from DHCP server.
The medium (media reader
/ USB drive) is damaged or
inserted incorrectly.
Press Problem Solving
Recommended solution
Either remove unnecessary
data from the hard disk to in-
crease free disk space, or ini-
tialize the hard disk.
Check whether you can access
the specified forwarding des-
tination.
Specified job history does not
exist.
