Assigning or Changing Icons for a Stored Program

1. Press the Machine Status button on the press UI.
2. Select the Tools tab.
3. Select Setup & Calibration > Setup > Stored Programming.
4. Select Assign / Change Icon.
5. Select the stored program to add or change the icon.
6. Select an icon.
There are 12 icons from which to choose.
7. Select Save.
8. Select Close to exit Stored Programming.

Running a Stored Program

1. Press the Home button.
2. Select Stored Programming.
3. Select the stored program containing the features you want to use.
4. After the stored program is displayed on the UI, select other features if necessary.
5. If necessary, select additional features/options.
6. If necessary, ensure that the original documents are loaded in either the Document
Feeder or on the Document Glass.
7. Select Start to run the stored program.

Using a Stored Program while Build Job is Running

Tip
This procedure is used only when Build Job is running.
While Build Job is running, a stored program can be used for the remaining document
stacks, which then negates the need to program and select the options for the remaining
documents stacks in the Build Job process.
1. From the (Build Job) Copy window, select Change Settings.
2. Select the Job Assembly tab.
3. Select Stored Programming.
4. Select the desired stored program which contains the features you want to use.
5. If necessary, select additional features/options.
6. If necessary, ensure that the original documents are loaded in either the Document
Feeder or on the Document Glass.
