28 Select the tables which will be passed, dropped, regenerated or passed with rate
control (PwRC) from the ASI Output. The CDT table is different from the other
tables listed. For more information on the table options, see PSI Table Settings
(on page 100).
29 Click OK.
30 Click Apply.
If a conflict occurs, a detailed error message appears at the top of the page. You
must resolve the conflict and then click Apply to save and apply your changes
again.
Typical set up for Digital Program Mapping (DPM)

Verify that you are receiving a valid signal and that you have set up the channels
that you want to pass, drop, or map.

From the user interface of the D9824, click Transport Stream.

Click ASI Output.

In the Output Mode drop-down, select Full DPM Control.

If necessary, select the Descrambled mode according to whether the program is
to be scrambled or descrambled for downstream viewing or monitoring.

Click Apply.

Click Digital Program Mapping from the ASI Output. The Digital Program
Mapping page is displayed.

In the DPM Program Entry Setup, click Resynchronize All. This copies the input
services PIDs to the remapped output service PIDs.

Select the PE containing the channel you want to configure and click Edit. The
DPM PE PID MAP window is displayed.
10 In the Action drop-down, select Pass, Drop, or Map.
