20-character string
Auto - The output rate follows that set by the
uplink. The output rate will be the same as
the input rate (including all null packets).
This means the output bit rate is determined
automatically based on the input source
symbol rate and FEC value. This setting is
used when the signal source is RF.
User - The output rate is specified as the
Output Rate parameter. It is determined by
the user setting regardless of the input
source. Null packets are always inserted.
