Step Check items
1 Is the paper in the drawer or LCF
damp?
2 Is the scanner bedewed?
3 Is the drum surface wet or dirty?
4 Is the exhaust fan operating
properly?
5 Is the ozone filter stained or
damaged?

Prescription
Change paper. Avoid storing paper in
damp place.
Clean the scanner.
Wipe the drum with a piece of dry
cloth.
* Do not use alcohol or other
organic solvents.
Check the connection of connector.
Replace the ozone exhaust fan.
Replace the ozone filter.
