If the FE cannot contact anybody from the ROC, the FE sends an e-mail to the contact identified
for their pole (see below), with FDO information and MAC address

If the Dongle fails to work after a new code is supplied the FE must order a new Dongle
(2253361) and then request a code for that dongle.

3-4-4 PROCESS TO REPLACE A DONGLE BY A LICENSE FILE
Radworks 5.1 Turnkey, damaged dongle
1. GE FE contact the ROC with customer details (Name, Address, FDO), MAC address and
registration information ( type of software and modules list)
2. ROC generates a temporary license file (1 month) and send it to the FE, or upload it on the
system (ROC decision)
3. GE FE sends the damaged dongle to the ROC
