2-1 Booting Workstation from a Power Off Condition
Note:
System will take about two minutes to boot, if using portrait monitors, no video will be displayed
until the system has booted.
1. Verify the power is applied to the monitor (the on/off switch is located on the lower rear side of
the Barco monitor).
2. Verify that power is applied to the workstation (the on/off switch is located on the center right
front of the CPU tower).
3. With the power applied to all the peripheral devices and to the workstation, the workstation will
self boot the operating system (Windows 2000).
2-2 Shutdown Workstation Operating System
1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Shut Down.
