This section outlines how to obtain a replacement dongle for RA600(RadWorks) software.
3-1 Overview - Global
Centricity RA600, RadWorks, WebViewer, Centricity Web, Centricity DA210, Enterprise Archive and
RadStore software utilize a dongle or a license file to control software feature access. Each dongle
or file is coded with the customer's purchased modules and software version and included in the
software shipment. If the customer damages or loses this dongle, a replacement dongle can be
attained through GE Cares. The dongle is set up as a FRU 1 and is in stock under part number
2253361.
