Click Start > Settings > Printers > Add Printer
The Add Printer wizard initiates.

Click Next in the Welcome window and follow the wizard instructions to add the printer.

When prompted,

Enter the name and/or IP address of the printer

Select this printer as the default printer.
c.
Designate whether the printer is to be shared
5.
When the wizard installation completes, print a test page to check the connection and
installation and click Finish on the wizard.
