SW 001 Restoring RA600 Original System Configuration

Section 1: Introduction
This job card describes how to restore the RA600 system disc to its original, factory-shipped
configuration.
Section 2: Items Required

Centricity RA600 Recovery CD-ROM
u
Windows 2000 registration ID number
u
Centricity RA600 license file diskette available
u
MediCal Pro registration ID number

Section 3: Prerequisite
u
A VGA service monitor (for any systems with A, A+ and B monitors) is required for all sites at this
time. Connect the service monitor to the computer motherboard Video connector.

Gather all necessary data before proceeding. If baselining an existing system, first examine it to
obtain its currently assigned IP Address and Workstation Name (computer's name). Write this
information down so that it will be available during configuration. If the Site Configuration Forms
All data and programs on the system disc will be erased.
