From the Task menu, select Create Virtual Disk...

In the resulting initial wizard window, click Next.

In the following wizard window, click Next to accept defaults.

In the following wizard window, leave all defaults except select RAID 5 from the Type pulldown
menu and then click Next.

In the following wizard window, click Next to accept default.

In the final wizard window, click on Finish.
