TSG 007 Display Centricity RA600 Application Logs

Section 1: Introduction
This job card explains how to display the RA600 (RadWorks) workstation application logs. The
workstation application log file (radworks.log) is an ASCII based log file located in the c:\ami_60\log
directory (assuming the RadWorks application is installed on the c:\ drive.
Section 2: GUI Based Procedure
1. The text log files: Connect.LOG, Database.LOG, Print.LOG and RadWorks.LOG are located in
the LOG subfolder of the AMI_60 folder.
Navigate to this location using Windows explorer.
2. Any ASCII text view program in windows can be used to display the log file, such as notepad,
wordpad, etc.
