14.3 Making External Power Cables and Ground Cables
with Ring Terminals
This section describes how to make external power cables and ground cables with ring terminals.
Issue 02 (2015-09-22)
Insert the RJ-45 connector into the metal cover.
Use the diagonal pliers to crimp the pins on the RJ-45 connector. Ensure that the conductors
inside the wires are properly connected to the pins and the RJ-45 connector is placed
correctly. After crimping, the pins on the connector must be lower than the plastic cover.
Use a network cable tester or a multimeter to check that the wires are connected properly.
Insert the RJ-45 connector into the boot, as shown in
