Procedure
Step 1 Plug the D-shaped connector of the power cable that comes with each component to the power
socket of the rear panel.
Step 2 Secure the AC power cable with a retention clip.

l For a cabinet equipped with the PDU, the AC power cable is used to connect the AC socket of each
component to that of the PDU.
l For a cabinet equipped with the power distribution box (PDB), the AC power cable is used to connect
the AC socket of each component to the output power connector of the PDB.
While releasing the latch on the buckle (as shown in a of step 1 in
buckle to the joint between the AC power cable and socket (as shown in b of step 1 in
Figure 6-34).
