Cables can go through the inter-layer (the space between the cement floor and the ESD
floor) of the floor or the cabling trough in the equipment room installed with supports and
ESD floor. If the cables are led out from the top of the cabinet, a cabling frame should be
built over the cabinet for cabling.
The specifications, routing, section and position for arranging the cables should be designed
beforehand. The cables should be lined up neatly, without any damage on the cover.
Signal cables, such as the alarm cables, STP cables, and clock cables must be routed
separately from power cables.
The cable should be turned smoothly at the bends, with the minimum bend radius not less
than three times the diameter of the cable.
There should be no damage to the insulating layer of the conducting wire.
The routed cable should be convenient for future maintenance and expansion.
Bundle the cables when laying them on the passage. The cables are close to each other with
appropriate tightness. The spacing between the cable ties should be even, and the overall
appearance of the cabling should be nice.
Cables distributed in the ducts need not be bundled, but should be arranged smoothly with
no crossover. The cable should not overflow the trough. Bundle or fix the cables on entering
or exiting the trough and on turning points with cable ties.
The cable bundling should be tidy, clear and elegant. The cables can be classified by the
type. A large number of cables can be classified by the column further. Bind each group
of cables with ties.
Do not connect two or more cable ties and use them as one to bundle cables in case the
tightness is reduced.
Bind the cables neatly and cut off the redundant part smoothly.
The cable ties should be evenly spaced and the spacing between the cable ties should be 3
to 4 times longer than the diameter of the cable bundle.
Bend bundled cables with a bending radius as long as possible, lest the conductor inside
the cable at the turning point is broken due to over stress.
