Semantics
Represents the relay UTC time in seconds elapsed since 00:00:00 January 1, 1970.
Mapped to Modbus register 41A0h value, that is, "Relay time clock set time"
register value after converting to UTC (if time zone and DST is used).
RRTD communication failure.
