- When turning ON the power, be sure to turn ON the power in the following order: pickup/delivery accessories ->
Main Body: Otherwise the pickup/delivery accessories are not recognized.

Description
Malfunction in communication with
ARCNET network
Data communication could not be
performed properly and failed after
three retries.

Finisher controller PCB malfunction - Replace finisher controller PCB.
Treatment/ detection timing
Turn power OFF/ ON, re-attach communication
cable/ terminal resistor, replace transceiver PCB.
Check connections of finisher controller PCB and DC
controller PCB connectors.
- Replace finisher controller PCB.
- Replace DC controller PCB.
- Check connections of connectors between finisher
and trimmer.
- Replace finisher controller PCB.
- Possible trimmer problem (For details, refer to the
trimmer manual.)
- Check connections of connectors between finisher
and trimmer.
- Replace finisher controller PCB.
- Possible trimmer problem (For details, refer to the
trimmer manual.)
- Replace the EEPROM on the finisher controller
PCB.
- Replace finisher controller PCB.
Remove the EEPROM from the old board and mount
it on the new board. If the problem is not solved,
replace with a new EEPROM.
