In battery operation, the battery service life can be significantly reduced by this
application. Therefore, set the data call acceptance window for battery operation to
the smallest possible value. (see chapter 8.2.1.2)

Connect the RS-232 interface in safe assembly area only. Modem power needs to be
unplugged and removed from the enclosure to access the RS-232 interface in the
