6.3.1.3 Setting the volume at measurement conditions
In order to control the recording of volumes within measurement conditions, the EK205-M's
counter can be set to the same value as the gas counter once when the administrator lock is
open. Setting the volume is always possible when the calibration lock is open.
Open the administrator lock or the calibration lock
Move the cursor to the "Serv" tab and via the following path to the value "VmA" (adjustable
volume at measurement conditions) input mode:
Serv.

Press the key combination ENTER  +   one digit of the value flashes.
Move the cursor with the arrow buttons  or  to the digits and change these with the
arrow buttons  or .
After all digits have been changed, press the key combination ENTER  +  in order to
confirm the input. It is possible to abort the entry by pressing the key combination ESC 
+ .
To adopt the value set, move the cursor to the Store value.
Press the ENTER key combination  +   "0" flashes.
Change the value using the arrow buttons  or  to "1".
After the value has been changed, press the key combination ENTER  +  in order to
confirm the input. It is possible to abort the entry by pressing the key combination ESC 
+ .  For Vm, VmA is adopted.
If the administrator lock is open and the transfer of VmA for Vm is rejected with the –
13– message, this process has already been carried out.
Further changes are possible when either the calibration lock or the administration
lock is open, after deleting the change information regarding setting Vm at the same
value as the gas counter (see section 6.3.1.4).
6.3.1.4 Deleting change information for alignment of Vm with the gas meter
To allow for resetting of the volume within measurement conditions when the administrator lock is
open, the change information regarding setting Vm at the same value as the gas counter must be
deleted:
Open the calibration lock
Move the cursor to the "Serv." tab and via the following path to the value "Clear"
(adjustable volume at measurement conditions) input mode:
Serv.
Volume
Press the key combination ENTER  +   "0" flashes.
Change the value using the arrow buttons  or  to "1".
After the value has been changed, press the key combination ENTER  +  in order to
confirm the input. It is possible to abort the entry by pressing the key combination ESC 
+ .  "TimeX" (time stamp of the alignment), "Vm_o" (Vm old value), "Vm_n" (Vm new
value) are set to the default values.
