Upgrade Peripheral Firmware

Users can click the menu Tools —〉 Upgrade Peripheral Firmware to query and upgrade the
firmware of remote call stations and zone expanders.
Before operation, an RS-232 port of the computer must be connected to the DEBUG port of the
target device. Select the connected serial port from the drop-down list, then click the "Open" button
to open the serial port.
Click the "Browse" button, select the program file in *.bin format, then click the "Upgrade" button to
upgrade the firmware of the connected device.

Update RK-MIC Chime Tone

Users can click the menu Tools —〉Update RK-MIC Chime Tone to change the chime of remote
call stations.
Before operation, an RS-232 port of the computer must be connected to the DEBUG port of the
target device. Select the connected serial port from the drop-down list and select the pre-chime file
and end-chime file by clicking the Select button, then click the "Update" button to send the file to the
connected device.
Note:The device can store max. 15 seconds of audio file. If the selected file is too big, only 15
seconds of the content from the beginning will be stored on the device.
APP & TEL Authorization
Users need to authorize before using APP & TEL. For detail usage instruction please refer to
IntevioSystem APP User Manual and X-TELS User Manual.
