CAT-5 Ethernet cable
Twisted-pair cables are required to be no longer than 100m and with a diameter of 0.51mm
(wire gauge of 24AWG). Shielded twisted-pair cables are recommended.
Contact input/output cables and external devices (optional)
The contact inputs or outputs are used to connect the system with third party device or
external devices. A cable with a cross-section of 0.5mm

Packing List Inspection

Please check the external packages for damage before unpacking them for content inspection. Use
the "Packing list" to check the package contents. Contact the carrier or supplier promptly in case of
any package content problems.

System Installation

The devices support cabinet installation, and the remote call stations support both desktop and
cabinet installation.

Installing the Devices in the Appliance Cabinet

Each device is attached with the cabinet brackets, which can be installed into a 19-inch cabinet
directly. Here, we take RK-MCU as an example for illustration, and this installation also works with
other devices.
Installation steps:
1. Install the cabinet brackets to both sides of the front panel for each device, which is shown as
below. Then use attached screws to fasten.
2. Install the devices into cabinet. To ensure good ventilation within the cabinet, it is recommended
to use a 1 U panel, placed between the power amplifiers and neighboring devices. The height
of each device is as following:

Note: the height of 1 U is 44.5mm.
3. Install the bottom plate according to arrangement. Use screws to fasten the connection between
the plate and cabinet. Do not twist or squeeze the plate.
