Connecting Speaker Line
Refer to the related manual of loudspeakers before connection. Follow the steps below to connect
the speaker line to the RK-MCU.
1． Strip approximately 10mm of insulation from the cable and insert it into the loudspeaker terminal.
Fasten the screw.
2． Insert the terminal with the installed audio cable into the loudspeaker interface of the RK-MCU.
3． Install the protective cover to avoid electric shock.
Sometime, the loudspeakers of zones need be connected to the system in two branches, the speaker
lines may be connected as the below figure.
Note:
Pay attention to match the polarity when connecting the loudspeaker cable to the terminal.
Connecting EOL Module
If the speaker lines need to be supervised, please connect end-of-line module (EOL) to the end of
speaker lines.
If volume controller is used in speaker lines to control the output volume of some branches, please
connected the EOL module as below:
