Causes
The microphone may be the
PTT microphone of the MCU
or the microphone of the
remote call station.
The problem may be:
- The socket is disconnected or
loose.
- The microphone is damaged.
The device cannot find the
configuration file or there is an
error.
Emergency voice file is lost or
corrupted.
The possible reasons are:
- The main power supply of a
power amplifier corresponding
to CH1 is disconnected.
- The backup power supply of
a power amplifier
corresponding to CH1 is
disconnected.
- Any fuse of CH1 power
amplifiers is burned.
The possible reasons are:
- The main power supply of a
power amplifier corresponding
to CH2 is disconnected.
- The backup power supply of
a power amplifier
corresponding to CH2 is
disconnected.
- Any fuse of CH2 power
amplifiers is burned.
The possible reasons are:
- The main power supply of
the spare power amplifier is
disconnected.
- The backup power supply of
the spare power amplifier is
disconnected.
- Any fuse of the spare power
amplifiers is burned.
The possible reasons are:
- The connections between
power amplifier and controller
are faulty.
- The power amplifier cannot
work normally.
The possible reasons are:
- The connections between
spare power amplifier and
controller are faulty.
- The spare power amplifier
cannot work normally.
Actions
Please check the connection
of the microphone socket.
Check the microphone's
installation and whether the
interface is locked. If the
microphone is connected
properly, please replace the
microphone.
Please upload the
configuration file to the device
again.
Reload the configuration file
or audio file.
Please check the connection
and fuse of the power supply
of CH1 power amplifiers.
Please check the connection
and fuse of the power supply
of CH2 power amplifiers.
Please check the connection
and fuse of the power supply
