Tools
- Browse Recorded Files
View the recorded files from the MCU.
- Download Project file from RK-MCU to PC
Read the system configuration files and audio files from the MCU.
- Browse RK-MCU log
Users can read log data from the MCU and check it.
- Upgrade MCU Firmware
Upgrade the firmware of the Master Control Unit via Ethernet.
- Upgrade Peripheral Firmware
Upgrade the firmware of zone expanders or remote call stations.
- Update RK-MIC chime tone
Set pre-chime and end-chime for RK-MIC.
- Select Language
Select the displayed language.


Configuration Guide

Please follow steps below to configure the INTEVIO system:
New/Open
Project
1． New/Open
Before configuration, it is necessary to create a new project file or open an existing project file.
2． Project Configuration
Set the project properties and devices.
3． Device Configuration
Set the basic parameters of each device.
4． Task Configuration
Set the broadcast tasks, including audio files, playlists and task parameters.
5． Operation Configuration
Set the function for broadcast operation, such as button, contact input and timing broadcast.
6． Upload Configuration
Upload the configuration file and audio file, etc. to the Master Control Unit.
For new users, please follow the steps above for configuration. Users familiar with the software can
perform operations flexibly according to need.
Note:
Due to the dependencies between the settings, the software will save all the settings automatically
while configuring the system to avoid incorrect operation.
