Error
Error name
Error details and cause
code
3784H
Redundant
• Although the control CPU is operating
system
in redundant mode, the redundant
configuration
function module is not mounted on the
error
main base unit.
3785H
Redundant
• In a redundant system with redundant
system
extension base unit, a base unit other
configuration
than the redundant extension base
error
unit is connected to the first extension
level. (The error is detected in the
control system or the standby
system.)
3786H
Redundant
• In a redundant system with redundant
system
extension base unit, redundant
configuration
extension base units and other types
error
of extension base units are mixed in
the second and later extension levels.
(The error is detected in the control
system.)
3787H
Redundant
• In a redundant system with redundant
system
extension base unit, an unsupported
configuration
module is mounted on an extension
error
base unit.
• In a redundant system with redundant
extension base unit, a module with
unsupported firmware version is
mounted on an extension base unit.
• In a redundant system with redundant
extension base unit, an Ethernet
interface module whose network type
of the port 1 and/or port 2 is set to an
option other than "Ethernet" is
mounted on an extension base unit.
(The error is detected in the control
system.)
Stop/
Action
continue
Stop
• Mount the redundant function
module on the main base unit, and
restart the system. Or, set the
CPU module to process mode,
and restart the system. If the same
error code is displayed again, the
possible cause is a hardware
failure of the CPU module. Please
consult your local Mitsubishi
representative.
Stop
• Connect the redundant extension
base unit to the first extension
level. If the same error code is
displayed again, the possible
cause is a hardware failure of the
base unit. Please consult your
local Mitsubishi representative.
Stop
• In a redundant configuration of
extension cables, only the
redundant extension base units
should be used in the second and
later extension levels. After
replacing the extension base
units, restart the system.
• When extension cables are not
redundant, no redundant
extension base units should be
used in the second and later
extension levels. After replacing
the redundant extension base
units, restart the system.
Stop
• Check the detailed information
(system configuration information)
of the error by executing module
diagnostics using the engineering
tool, and check the module
corresponding to the displayed
slot number. If the corresponding
module does not support the
redundant system with redundant
extension base unit, remove the
module from the base unit.
• Check the firmware version of the
corresponding module. If the
module does not support the
redundant system with redundant
extension base unit, remove the
module from the base unit.
• Set the network type of both port 1
and port 2 to "Ethernet" in the
system parameters ("I/O
Assignment Setting"). If the same
error code is displayed again, the
possible cause is a hardware
failure of the CPU module, base
unit, or network module. Please
consult your local Mitsubishi
representative.
