2101H Memory error • An extended SRAM cassette is
inserted or removed while the
programmable controller is powered
on.
2102H Memory error • An error has been detected in the
inserted extended SRAM cassette.
2103H Memory error • An unsupported extended SRAM
cassette is mounted.
2120H Memory card • The memory card was removed
error without the card being disabled.
2121H Memory card • An error has been detected in the
error memory card.
2122H Memory card • The CPU module did not start
error because the memory card was not
restored during the startup
processing.
2150H Initial • Since the initial processing takes time,
processing time the host CPU in a multiple CPU
error system cannot respond to
communication requests from other
CPU modules in initial
communications. (Other CPU
modules cannot start up.)
2160H IP address • Overlapping IP addresses have been
duplication error detected.
2180H Invalid file • An invalid file has been detected.
2181H Invalid file • Due to firmware update or restoration
(after the firmware update) of the CPU
module, a program file of which file
structure is not supported by the new
version of the firmware or the
operation mode of the CPU module
has been written.
2182H Invalid file • The program file is incorrect. Or, the
program file is not written properly.

(drive/file information) of the error
by executing module diagnostics
using the engineering tool, select
the correct file name, and write the
specified file to the CPU module. If
the same error code is displayed
again, the possible cause is a
hardware failure of the CPU
module. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
Stop • After reading program files from
the programmable controller,
format the memory and write the
program files. Then, reset the
CPU module and run it again.
Stop • Write the program file to the CPU
built-in memory again.
