COOLING SYSTEM
AIR
BLEEDING
Shift the transmission into neutral.
Start the engine and snap the throttle 3-4 times to bleed air
from the system
Stop the engineand add coolant up to filler neck.
Install the radiator cap securely.
Check the coolant level of the reserve tank and fill to the upper
level if the level is low.
SYSTEM TESTING
H Y D R O M E T E R
TEST
Check the coolant gravity using a hydrometer.
Look for
contamination and replace the coolant if necessary
