ELECTRIC STARTERISTARTER CLUTCH
STARTER RELAY SWITCH
The starter system can be divided into t w o basic circuits. There are the clutch safety type (A circuit) and the brake Safety type
(B circuit).
(A) When the starter switch is turned ON, battery voltage

Measure the voltage between the yellowlred wire

ground at the starter relay switch connector.
If battery voltage is measured only when the starter switch is
pressed, the relay is good.
