Displaying Software Image Information

Displaying the Boot Variable and Configuration Register

To display the boot variable and configuration register, perform the following task from the Admin
context in the Exec mode:
Command
show bootvar
Examples
The following examples shows how to display the boot variable and configuration register:
host1/Admin# show bootvar
BOOT variable = "disk0:c4710ace-mz.A3_1_0.bin"
Configuration register is 0x1
host1/Admin#
The 0x1 indicates that the configuration register is set to 1.

Displaying the Software Version

To display the software image on the ACE, perform the following task:

show version
