Procedure, measuring location, criteria and remarks
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
2. Disconnect connector V24, and connect T-adapters to male side.
Between V24 (male) (1) and (2)
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
2. Disconnect connector C02 and connect T-adapters to female side.
Between C02 (female) (89) and each of (115), (117)
and (120)
a If no failure is found by check on cause 2, this check is not required.
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
2. Disconnect connectors C02 and V24, and connect T-adapters to each
female side.
Between C02 (female) (89) and V24 (female) (1)
Between V24 (female) (2) and each of C02 (female)
(115), (117) and (120)
If no failure is found by above checks, pump controller is defective. (Since this
is an internal defect, troubleshooting cannot be performed.)
