Display of check before starting
When the screen changes to the check before
starting screen, the check before starting is per-
formed for 2 seconds.
a If any abnormalities are detected in the check
before starting, the screen changes to "Warning
after the check before starting" screen or "Over-
due Maintenance" screen.
a If no abnormalities were detected in the check
before starting, display changes to "Working
Mode and Travel Speed Check" screen.
a The monitors (6 monitors) on the screen shows
the items currently subjected to the check before
starting.
Display of warning after check before starting
If any abnormalities are detected in the check
before starting, the alarm monitor is displayed on
the screen.
a The figure shows how air cleaner clogging
monitor (a) warns of clogging on air cleaner.

Special functions of machine monitor
Display of maintenance due time over
If the check before starting detected a maintenance
item that is near or overdue the set interval, the
maintenance monitor is displayed for 30 seconds to
urge the operator to perform maintenance.
a This screen is displayed only when the mainte-
nance reminder function is enabled. If the
remaining time of any item is set time hours or
less, the yellow icon is displayed. If the remain-
ing time of any item is 0 hour or less, the red
icon is displayed.
a The maintenance reminder function is enabled
or disabled by using the machine monitor in
the service mode.
Display of check of working mode and travel
speed
If the check before starting is finished normally, the
screen for checking the working mode and travel
speed is displayed for 2 seconds.
a After the "Working mode and travel speed
check" screen is finished, the screen changes
to the "Standard" screen.
