[701] ASSIGN COS CONTENTS

Similar to MMC 700 but does not allow a copy command. This MMC is primarily used for
creating a new COS. If the unsupervised conference feature is allowed, a programmed
CONF key must be available to allow re-entry into a conference call.
There are 30 classes of service available.
This MMC is divided into 5 categories.
