A BRI card must be installed in the system. Or, the 'NO BRI CARD' message is
displayed.
If any changes are made in this MMC, the BRI card that is affected by these changes
must be restarted using MMC 418 in order for the changes to become effective.

When this option is set to YES, the system will place calls on any free
channel of that BRI if the channel chosen by the user is busy.
(e.g., Preferred channel selection) If set to NO, the user will receive a
busy signal if they attempt to access a busy channel even if the other
channel on that BRI is free. (e.g., Exclusive channel selection)
This field determines if power to a BRI access will be supplied. (YES or
NO)
Specifies the ISDN explicit call transfer option as follows:
0. NONE
1. REQ
2. RCV
3. BOTH
(This option may not be available in certain OfficeServ system.)
