Fault
The temperature in a
room
is
controlled
incorrectly

a
limited
extent
Failed binding
Failed boiler feed-
back
Cause/Remedy
The radio connection in the Hometronic system
may be faulty.
Check the fault display at the storey controller
and at the radiator controller.
The power supply is interrupted.
Check the power supply.
Call the Service Department or bring the device
to the After-Sales. Inform the After-Sales of the
software version number which you have noted
in the table on Page 26.
Remove interfering/shielding devices, for exam-
ple:
wireless headphones, loudspeakers, garage
door openers or remote control units
interfering objects from the immediate envi-
ronment
metal parts
Correct the installation site of the room tempera-
ture sensor if necessary.
Repeat the binding.
Incorrect parameter setting of parameter for boiler
feedback "Setp. demand".
Set the parameter correctly:
For setpoint-based boiler feedback via
HS 20/30: "Setp. demand" "ON".
For need-based boiler feedback from HR 80
via relay HC60NG: "Setp. demand" "OFF".
