C.4 TNC-male (LMR-400)
Below is the method for assembling the TNC-male connector to the LMR-400 cable.

1) The TNC male connector consists of the TNC male
body, clamp ring, and heat shrink tube.

2) Insert a heat shrink tube and clamp ring to the
cable; insert the cable to the 'End1' of the prep/strip
tool, and remove the shield and sheath except for the
center conductor at the end of cable by rotating the
tool clockwise.

3) Insert the cable to the 'End2' of the prep/strip tool
again, and remove the sheath by rotating the tool.
4) Trim the end of the center conductor by using a
deburring tool.
